Admin: Notification Settings

Notification Settings control who receives operational notifications for application requests, VM access requests, and task execution events. Targets can be tenant users or custom email addresses.

Configuration Model

• Add tenant users from directory selection

• Add custom emails with optional display names

• Configure per-target toggles for Applications / VM Access / Tasks

• Mark targets active/inactive without deleting

Defaults when adding new targets: Application and VM notifications enabled, Task execution notifications disabled.

How to Configure

1. Open Configure Notification Targets

2. Add users and/or custom emails

3. Set notification toggles per target

4. Set Active state for each target

5. Save dialog, then save Notification Settings panel

Important: if you close without saving in the dialog or panel, changes are not persisted.

Operational Best Practices

• Use distribution addresses for team continuity

• Keep at least one active fallback target for each notification type

• Review and clean up targets during role/team changes
