API Connections settings enable or disable API-connection integrations at tenant level. This determines whether dependent application integration options are available to admins.
Setting: Enable API Connections
Controls tenant access to API-connection-backed features in application configuration workflows.
• OFF: API connection options are not shown in dependent workflows
• ON: API connection options become available where supported
Operational Recommendations
• Enable only after integration ownership is clearly defined
• Validate endpoint, credential, and permission requirements before onboarding apps
• Review enabled integrations regularly to remove stale or unused dependencies
